  • You can keep part of your order and return or change what you want, if the new account is greater than the previous one, you will be charged the difference and if it is less, you will be reimbursed what you returned.
  • Changes and returns will have to be delivered to a branch of the parcel that you are indicated or notify us to request the collection at your address

  • You have 14 days from the date you received your merchandise to send us your exchange or refund
