Refund Policy

  • Try on your Prestige shirts in the comfort of your home, if you do not like them or they do not fit you, you can request an exchange for others either of the same model or another or also a full refund of your account.
  • You can keep part of your order and return or change what you want, if the new account is greater than the previous one, you will be charged the difference and if it is less, you will be reimbursed what you returned.
  • Changes and returns will have to be delivered to a branch of the parcel that you are indicated or notify us to request the collection at your address
  • The merchandise must arrive in good condition, without stains and without a bad smell; There is NO problem if you send the merchandise unfolded as long as it is not abused.
  • You have 14 days from the date you received your merchandise to send us your exchange or refund
  • Refunds or exchanges will be made once we verify that the merchandise arrived in optimal condition.
  • Only one change is made per order.
